FAQ

It’s a focused period of time where we’re trying to activate donations to Cherry Crest Elementary (CCE) that aligns with many Corporate Giving initiatives. These funds are crucial to providing free field trips, free author visits, needed school personnel funding, family events, teacher grants, and much, much more. [See here for full details].

We will only have 2 fundraisers this year – Giving Month (Carnival – Oct 4th & Family STEM Night – Oct 25) plus Walkathon/Bingo Night on Friday, May 9th. Our goal is to collectively raise $200K.

Return your yellow envelope to your teacher or the Envelope Drop in the front of the school with a Check to Cherry Crest Elementary PTA or Donate online.

There are so many incentives! You can view most of them on our Donation website here.

By just turning your envelope into the Envelope Drop or to your teacher by Oct 2nd, you’ll help your class earn an EXTRA Bubble Recess. If your class raises $5K or more, you’ll also get a Pizza Party!

  • From Labcoats with custom patches to Unlimited Wristbands for the Carnival, we’re trying to make it easy for parents to donate, say “Yes”, and get something fun in return for their students.
  • In addition, we’ve put up for the first time, School Wide Incentives.
    • If we reach $120K by Oct 31st, we’ll turn our fabulous School Dance on Feb 7th into a professionally DJed dance along with choreography for all grades that an external vendor will provide.
    • If we reach $200K by April 15th, the Walkathon will turn into either a FOAM Run or a COLOR Run (students will get to vote).
