Family STEM Night

Brought to you by the Cherry Crest Elementary PTSA, the much beloved Family Engineering Night is back for the 2024-25 school year, branching out now as Family STEM Night!  Bring the whole family to work on 8 new STEM challenges, learn from 6 robotics and rocketry teams, and try your hand at coding 5 different robots and programs. Families will make kazoos, design strong spider webs, build candy towers, learn binary coding, build furniture for stuffed animals, optimize Lego building, study candy statistics, play Pictionary with AI, and compete in an egg drop, among other challenges. Families are encouraged to enjoy this night together combining adult world knowledge with kid creativity for the best engineering solutions.
