Clubs Overview

We are thrilled to offer a variety of clubs and activities to engage our children! For the convenience of our families, students are dismissed from school directly to their after–school activities. If students also signed up Boy and Girls Club, they will be send to Boy and Girls Club after the activities. 

Important: After-school activities are for the children of PTSA members only. Please check out our membership page and purchase/renew your membership for the 2024-2025 school year! If you are unsure whether you are a member, check your membership status via your email to see whether you received a confirmation email from GiveBacks for the membership enrollment confirmation.

Registration all starts: September 22nd, 2024 8:00am

Registration all ends: September 27th, 2024 8:00pm 

Payment all starts: September 30th, 2024 8am(after the student list is finalized by PTSA, students will receive PTSA email with the final payment list). 

Payment all ends: a week before the 1st class.

All Clubs’ Policies: 

  • All participating students and their parents must be PTSA member to enroll in program. Sign up to be a PTSA member here, or the student may lose their registration spot. 
  • If the registration capacity is reached, students with no other after school program registered will have priority. If still have waitlist, we will do a fair lottery. The successful registered students will receive payment link. 
  • By participating, parents agree to arrive at CCE by minimum 10 minutes before end of each session and wait outside for student’s dismissal.
  • If your child is registered for Boys and Girls club, they will be picked up by Boys and Girls club after the clubs. 
  • Finacial aid is available for each club, please indicate that in your pre-registration form. 

For vendor hosted after school programs, extra policies are below: 

  • Vendor reserves the right to cancel program if below minimum enrollment numbers
  • In case of cancellation due to inclement weather, vendor will issue refund and not extend program dates.
  • Cherry Crest reserves the right to cancel program if there is issue with broken/missing items in classroom.
  • Parents will be responsible to contacting vendor directly 24 hours prior if not able to attend a session.
