Ukraine Fundraiser and Neighborhood Get Together

A few former Cherry Crest students formed a Cherry Crest neighborhood organization. This volunteer organization, Neighboring Ties, assists senior citizens that need help with physical tasks which they may find difficult to do by themselves. Over the last month they have come up with a new idea: A neighborhood fundraiser to support Ukraine.

Their idea was to get the families of the Cherry Crest neighborhood together on the Cherry Crest grounds. They will serve refreshments and request donations to support Ukrainian families. They are collecting donations through GoFundMe – meaning that all money given will be directly wired to the fundraiser of choice, Razom for Ukraine.
